Confirm your Account

Transporter Users must have accounts created in Wastebits by a member of the Waste Facility who manages their Portal. Send these instructions to your Waste Facility contact if you need to have an account created:

You can follow these instructions to confirm your account once it has been created: How to Confirm a New Account.

Note: If your Company already exists, a user from your own Company may be able to create your account.

Transporter Account Types

There are two types of Transporter Accounts:

  1. Transporter Admins: This user has top-level access to the Transporter Company. They can create and edit company details, sites, and users for all sites that exist in the Transporter company.
  2. Transporter Site Admins: This user has site-specific access to the Transporter Company. They can edit company details and create users for only sites they are assigned to in the Transporter Company.

Log in and View Your Manifests

After you've confirmed your account, you can now begin to see all Non-Hazardous Manifests on which you've been included. To learn more about the statuses these Manifests are in, see these notes: Non-Hazardous Manifest Statuses.

The most important status to you as a Transporter will be Ready for Pickup. This will indicate that the Generator has signed the manifest and the waste is ready to be transported.

Sign the Manifest

Once you've received the waste, you're now ready to digitally sign the manifest. This will change the status of the manifest to In Transit, and indicate to all parties on the Manifest that you are now transporting the waste.
