New Conditional Notification Rules

To be able to receive notifications within the application and through email, these 5 conditions must now be met:

  1. The user's account must be activated.
  2. The user's account must accept the Terms of Service.
  3. The user's account role must be notifiable. Roles that are not notifiable include:
    1. Portal Admins
  4. The user's account must be associated with a company that is active.
  5. The user's account must be associated with sites that are active.
