v8.7.0 Core Application Updates

  • Fix Reports list view empty in production
  • Fix broken tests due to event delivery job timeout increase
  • Portal scoped TAT
  • Adds machine readable turnaround column (in seconds only)
  • Turnaround Time bar chart support
  • Removes hours from duration columns when less than 1 hour (ex: 31 minutes instead of 0 hours, 31 minutes)
  • Adds the EPA ID search/populate option to sites
  • Fix turnaround time report when a tag doesn’t exist
